Dew star led the patrol confidently to the stony mounds of Shady Rocks. Her silver-blue pelt shimmered in the sun; its rays danced around the rocky exterior of Shady Rocks. She was all the while suspicious of her pet peeve Smoke pelt, who had come along on the expedition. Ever since that fateful day at the border to River clan. He had hated her for the so-called ‘mistake’ of her pride for her clan. She knew that he disliked her very much, many did.

Tearspell padded along silently behind her leader. The black silver spotted she-cat knew next to nothing about her, but that wasn't the thing that was on the Shadowclan she-cat's mind. Her eyes looked all around her and Tearspell's ears stood irect. Her mind was on wheather or not she would get an apprentice at all, but she kept her thoughts 'thoughts'.

Spotteshadow glared at Smokepelt."He's the one that made me come, I didn't really want to either...she thought seething. She walked in the back.

Dew star sat, waiting for the rest of the patrol to catch up. Seeing that two had already caught up she spoke to Tear spell first, Are you anxious for an apprentice? she asked, trying to make casual conversation. Her cerulean optics stared at the warrior; all the while keeping a watchful eye on Smoke pelt.

Oakstorm had notice the tention when they left camp, but now it was even greater. He would have to comfort his leader.

"Yes would you like an apprentice." He meowed to Tearspell as he sat down next to Dewstar.

Smokepelt could feel two pair of eyes burning into him and his ears laid stubbornly down. Why had he not thought to bring Shorepaw along? Not only would it help in her training, but perhaps it would help him not to feel so vunerable amongst so many in-clan enemies. When he turned his head he saw Spottedshadow glaring and hissed in a sharp tone. Is there a problem, m'lady?

Tearspell stiffened at the sudden attention. “Yes ma’am. I would much like an apprentice as soon as it would suit me. Granted that I have rogue fighting skills along with your own I find it would prove to make a good warrior.” He ears flattened as she waited for some kind of comment about her being part rogue. “The time is all up to you however.” She finished.

Spottedshadow stopped glaring at Smokepelt,"my Name isn't m'lady it's Spottedshadow, and it's nothing"She said walking past Smokepelt felling volunerable with her back turned toward him.

Skyheart padded across the stones and saw the patrol. She bounded down lightly and over to the cats. "Hello," She meowed nodding to Dewstar and Oakstorm respectfully.

Tearspell twitched her ear at the new she-cat behore looking back to her leader, awaiting a response.

I’ll get you an apprentice as soon as possible. Dew star guaranteed Tear spell. It was not that easy though; Shadow clan had tons of warriors and not enough apprentices. On the contrary that was good, because if Shadow clan were attacked they would have plenty of fighters. She looked at Sky heart and gave a quick nod.

Tearspell nodded her head. "Thank you ma'am." Her eyes moved from her leader to the other cat's around her, then to the terra ahead of her.

I see everybody is anxious to get moving. Let’s go. Dew star announced. She was also anxious to get a move on. Her elegant form rose from its sitting position, and she began to pad away. If any rogue, loner, or kitty-pet gets in our way they’ll be sure to never return. Dew star thought silently.

Tearspell watched her leader get to her paws. Her piercing silver eyes looked around her before she began padding forward. I dare you past kin... She thought fiercely.
