2 sad storries

STORMY


About a month ago my heifer calved. The calf was born too early so I had to kill it. I took a sledge hammer and hit it over the head. We left my heiffer in the corral next to the barn. We kept the calf in the barn to rot. It rotted so slow, the smell came into my house. So I took the work rope and 4-wheeler. I hooked the calf's feet to the rope and the other end to the 4-wheeler's back rack. I dragged it 4.5 miles down the drive way. My ma'ma forgot to close the gate my heiffer was in. So my heiffer(Stormy), followed me down the rode with her calf behind me. I started the calf on fire (to get it out of the way ffaster), and Stormy stood there trying to figure out where her calf was going. I went back to the house to get a drink and my horse Fly. I took Fly out to see how the calf was burning and Stormy was still there. I rode home to get my ma'ma and her horse, 10 gauge. WE rode all the way there to rope Stormy. We had to get Dad to help us. We finnaly got Stormy Back into the corral after it took Me my ma'ma, dad, and My brother to get her back. She is a good mom and hope she calfs better next year.



FLY

fLY IS MY HORSE. I saved him 4 years ago in a hail storm when he was a colt. WE have been partners ever since. I love Fly and don't know what I would do with out him. WE roped together,ate together, and of course ride together. Fly is like my best friend. I would of never guessed he would get some horse dessise called something I can't say. He got a dessise that make his leg all weirded out. It like breaks it over and over so it wont never heal. I thought it would get better, but it didn't. It never will. I now got to find out what it's like to sell/kill a best friend. My dad is making me sell him to a dog food compoany if it gets to where he can't walk. That's probly soon. I will miss and never fore get Fly, the good horse. NO It isn't good horse, it's BEST horse.

These are true storries. I dedicate the first one to Stormy the Great mama heiffer. And the secont one to Fly My best friend.

Sorry, I guess it is because I haven't talk to you in ages. You were with Tug weren't yall when Stormy's calf was burned. Remember the Big fire when yall pulled into the driveway to see us, and we were all on horses?

thats sooooo sad! i wouldn't be able to go on if i had to sell any of my pets to a dog food company. expsecialy not my hiedi! ((well, she's a dog anyway, but you get what i mean))
