Does any one know ant sort of herb, med, or something to help starved dogs? My neighbors neglect theis and I want something to help it, so I don't feel like I do now,( since Fly died.)

Yeah, there isn't exactly an herb that would help a starving animal... except food, as Froggy said. If you think your neighbors neglect their dogs though, you should call animal control (it sounds drastic, but is necessary, they'll help the dogs). If someone has dogs they're too lazy to feed, they don't deserve to keep the dogs.
