Quailsong sat and watched her kittens with happiness. A soft, peaceful look filled her eyes. She licked down a piece of fur on her shoulder and looked at the slightly clouded sky. Though the sky was clouded the sun still broke through peeking out from behind a puffy white cloud and softly warming the earth. A purr of happiness escaped the queen she liked peaceful days like this one where she could relax.
Stormkit stared at the sky as if lost in thought. His blue eyes scanned the sky and watched the occasional bird glide in the air. Stormkit took a glance at his mother then looked away. He sighed softly under his breath.
