Where the heck am i?!" Phoenixpaw thought to herself. She had been chasing a piece of prey when she noticed that she was in a different territory. She unsheathed her claws unsure of what might happen. She sniffed the air but couldnt tell what was what. In her territory everything was familiar but here she smelt something salty and delicious. Phoenixpaw began to explore.

Waterpaw was exploring his territory, when he suddenly caught the scent of another cat. He raced around the corner, skidding to a halt. An apprentice!! Hi!!!! Waterpaw greeted as he bounced over, overjoyed to have some company. She smelled of a different clan, but he couldn't reconise it. Where are you from? His eyes sparkled happily, as he swished his excitement fluffy tail.

Phoenixpaw took a step back. Is this cat mouse-brained?! In our territroy i wouldve torn him to shreds! She looked at him. "My name is Phoenixpaw. I am from Ghostshadow's Rogueclan." The orange she-cat paused. "Do you know where i am? I seem to be a little lost." Her eyes narrowed.

This is RiverClan territory! he yowled happily, a little bit of proud in his voice. He was fluffier than a cotton ball at this point, he was so excited to have someone to play with. I've never heard of Ghostshadow before. Is that some kind of cult? he asked curiously, bouncing up and down like a kit. Like always. He was like the "Kit-cat" of all kit-cats, if you catch my meaning.

"No. Ghostshadow is my leader....and aunt. My father, Nightshade, is deputy." Phoenixpaw puffed out her chest proudly. "And soon i will be deputy and then leader." Her tail was fluffier than normal.

Interesting! Waterpaw replied, ceasing to bounce for a second as he digested what was said.He immediately started bouncing again. Are you three the only ones? he asked, his tail sticking straight out. Finally, finally, someone to play with. He had been bored for awhile.

"Ohh....." he replied,scratching a flea off his ear. "Sorry............" he looked down, before bounding back to jumbo kit mode. "It must be cool being related to a leader!" he yowled, bounding back to his paws in his excitement. "Do they give you special treatment?"

"Of course not. In order to have respect...you must earn it! But i suppose you wouldnt know that considering your a Clan cat." Phoenixpaw flicked her tail. Clearly their clan ways were much softer than her own. "So what about your Clan?" Her pelt shone.

Fawnstar is our leader, and Mistshine's our deputy! Oh and there's Snowstorm.......... and Badger too! Have you ever met him before? He started bouncing up and down excitedly. We live on an island in the middle of the river too! His chest puffed out, a liitle proudly. Do you like swimming? You wanna go fish? He was full of energy, like a giant rubber ball.

Phoenixpaw took off after Waterpaw. He seemed fast for a water cat even though it wasnt hard keeping up with him. She guessed it was because he swam so much that he had strong and fast legs.

Waterpaw thought he'd play a trick on this cat, just for fun. He streaked towards the river, taking a turn before they reched it and heading east, into a different part of the forest. He weaved his directions, and when he thought she was far enough behind quickly skid around a bush and hid there.

Phoenixpaw quickly lost the tom. So...he wants to hide? She walked around a bit and found his scent instantly. "Oh Waterpaw! Where did you go?" She mewed sarcastically. The apprentice knew that he was in a bush but she decided to humor him.
