hmm i would always realize the moment i sat into the car...or train that i had forgotten to tell you all where i was going or even that i was leaving

SO! i thought i would cover that here. so, for the month of july here goes
on the 9th I left on the amtrak by myself and rode to chicago to visit my cousin whom i havnt seen for a good 2 years. she picked me up at the station and we took another train to the house she was dogsitting at. jordan the cockerspaniel...he was cute, but he had a piddle problem D= basically the entire 5 days I was there, we sat in the 'pee pit' which was jordans room. the floor and walls it seemed had soaked up the smell of urin DX, but there was a big screen down there so... b*u*d...we watched most of excel saga, azumanga dioh, some miyazaki films; princess mononoke, whisper of the heart, and we almost watched castle in the sky. we also watched bambi 2; which i thought was suprisingly good as far as dysney sequals go, balto, annnd....yeah so basically hours and hours of TV (and no internet)
came back on the 13th, and the following day i made some posts here, but i think the only person i got around to telling where i had gone was goldy <3
and so...heres where it gets a little bit more interesting...on the 17th, we piled into the volvo station wagon with a canoe, two bikes (one whos tire popped) and enough luggage to press against the roof of the car....bad. we met my mom in baycity; she was there to drop off the dog at the kennel, and we took her car too (prius 2003), so that made things easier for a few hours at least, because it started to rain REALLY hard. we couldnt see the car infront of us it was so bad. it rained for a few hours more while we hung out at an arbys, and we just ended up staying at a motel that night 9_9
i love the mackinac bridge and lake michigan *grins* its to beautiful. so is the UP (upper peninsula) we set up camp at the tahquamenon lower falls camp ground, but on our bathing suits and walked to the falls
the rocks were so flat and you could get right up to the lower falls and under them, and then if you wanted to, sit in the water infront of them and let the current whisk you away. then again, stopping was a problem because after a while, the rocks got rugged again and it have a few cuts on my elbows and knees, but OMG it was so much FUN =D water was warm too =3
so that evening i told dad to go and get marshmellows while my sisters and I would go into the woods and collect wood. my dad gave me a little saw to cut big sticks up and when we were in the woods, haley- who was wearing a tanktop and shorts started cutting up a fallem birch limb. the mosquitos came right for her and since i was wearing jeans and a tee, i told her to take my collection of wood back and that i would finish up that limb. mom came by a minute or so later and I gave her what I had cut up and she left. not a minute later was I cutting and the saw magically jumped about 5 inches away from the gouge it was deep into and sawed into my hand. (left hand just above the indexfingers lower knuckle.) i kinda looked and it and then i was like aww nuts, and tried to finished sawing (DUDE im so wierd ^u^
after about five secongs the blood started to leak down the sides of my hand and i grabbed the saw, folded it up, and cupped my hand over the over one and ran to the bathroom. haley and alice saw me and ran after me.

i had poptarts for most of the breakfeasts there

i started washing off my hand and mom was there and she haley and alice soon came at me- haley and alice wandered away making 'eww' sounds.
IM ABOUT TO DESCRIBE THE CUT. PLEASE SKIP IF YOU DONT LIKE GORE
it looked as though my skin were floating ontop of...my bone o.o i dunno what it was, but i could moove it back and forth (but then of course that would just make it bleed more).
KAY IM DONE....THAT ACTUALLY WASNT TOO BAD
mom gave me a napkin to hold my finger in and i kept my hand vertical until dad got back; he works in the UofM hospitol, and he kinda just shook his head at me when I showed him. he said it didnt look like it needed stitches, so he took the stick part of a bandaid and pulls the two parts of skin together, then splinted it so i couldnt bend it.
dont worry, no tendens wer severed, so i can still bend my finger...just cant type so well now
SO IF YOU SEE A SPELLING ERROR, BEAR WITH ME, ITS NOT EASY-__-
so yeah im all bitten up...got bitten on the eyelid, got burnt by the sun, got scraped by rocks, and got a cut up index finger.
oh, i forgot to mention, I saw a bear and two cubs when we were on the train to see the upper falls. =D happy happy happy
